Rays, Inc., doing business as Shady Rays, along with its subsidiaries and affiliated companies. Together, these offerings are called the Services and include all products, content, and customer interactions connected to the brand.

The company reserves the right to correct inaccuracies or cancel affected orders. Product representations such as images or colors may vary depending on display or production differences.

Prescription eyewear and related optical services are subject to additional requirements, including the submission of valid prescriptions. Users are responsible for making sure the prescription information they provide is accurate. Such orders are generally final once processed, subject to applicable policy exceptions.

The Services may include links to external websites run by third parties. Shady Rays is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of those external sites. Users access them at their own risk.

All Services are provided on an as is and as available basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. The company does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error free performance, or absolute security. To the fullest extent allowed by law, liability for damages from using the Services is limited, and users agree that any claims will be capped accordingly.

These Terms make up the full agreement between the user and Shady Rays regarding use of the Services and replace any earlier understandings. Additional policies related to privacy, returns, warranties, and promotions are included by reference and form part of the overall agreement framework.
